do i need a canva premium account?
We recommend using the Canva Premium account; this gives you access to various elements, photos and fonts not available in the standard Canva offering. However, our templates will still work with Canva, but some elements may be unavailable or premium fonts will be replaced by default fonts. Our templates were created by the team at Chalkboard Digital and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva.
what is a standard license?
Items purchased under the Standard License may be used to create unlimited End Products for personal use, one End Product on behalf of a client, or one End Product For Sale. To use products on behalf of multiple clients, or to create multiple End Products For Sale, you must purchase an additional License. Please contact us for pricing of a Commercial or Extended Commercial License.
are the photos shown included in my purchase?
No, but they are free to download! All of the photos used in the mock-ups were downloaded from Unsplash.com or available with the Canva premium subscription. However we do not own them and neither do you you. If you would like brand photos, check out our store for some stock photo bundles.
how does this work?
Immediately after you've placed your order, you'll be able to access your digital download! For most items this will be a PDF that gives you instructions and access to everything you'll need to get started!
are the fonts included in my purchase?
All of the fonts used in templates are free fonts that are readily available in Canva (Premium) and Google Fonts. The templates have been created to work with these fonts; however, you can change them once you’ve purchased to anything you'd like.
do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds. Please be sure to check any applicable requirements before placing an order, and if you have any questions please get in touch prior to ordering. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us via the contact page so we can speak to you further about your concerns.
